Exploring together how we can support people who are bereaved in later life
Event date November 14th, 2024
Speaker: Katy Tutt
Seniors workers and church leaders will be aware of the acute problems that being bereaved in later life can present, particularly in relation to the loneliness that can be felt after the death of a loved one. This session explores how bereavement support can ease that loneliness and help people to come to a place of hope.
Head of The Bereavement Journey® and Church Engagement
Katy has worked for AtaLoss since August 2020 and is based at home in rural mid-Wales. She is experienced in supporting churches in the UK and overseas to offer their programme to their congregations and communities. Katy enjoys walking her two dogs, and singing in several choirs.
