How to raise a concern with Faith in Later Life

At Faith in Later Life, we seek to act with integrity, care, and wisdom in all we do. We want everyone who connects with our work to feel listened to, respected, and able to raise a concern if something does not feel right.

Wherever possible, we hope concerns can be resolved informally through a conversation, phone call, or email with a member of staff or trustee. However, we recognise that there may be times when a formal complaint is needed.

We are committed to taking complaints seriously, responding fairly and confidentially, and learning from concerns so that we can improve the way we work.

Safeguarding concerns should be raised through our Safeguarding Policy and procedures.
