Carers Connected
Carers Connected provides online zoom gatherings for carers to chat, share experiences, enjoy a short reflection with a poem or song (usually with a Christian theme), and pray for one another at the end. We provide support to informal carers, who would usually benefit from emotional and prayer support from their church but are often unable to access this due to their role as a full-time carer.
