Linking Lives UK
Linking Lives is a Christian organisation that grew out of a Baptist Church in Berkshire. It partners with churches to reach and support isolated older people in their own homes and they are looking to support new schemes at new churches. Their website provides some excellent information if you’re thinking of starting a similar scheme, including case studies, contact details, ‘how to’ sections and more. This is a really helpful website and one of the best we’ve found.
